It's been a wild week here at FDMPROS, and coming right off the heels of our crazy week we had a massive change in the top spot. Doug Hotz (@hotzknocks) had a sweep of installs hit allowing him to take over the top spot from last years Pro of the Year, Alex Winters!
We previously posted last month on Doug's massive success! Doug has over a 53% increase on both his sales and install numbers, while also improving his PTR by over 21%. Absolutely incredible performance this year and Evolve Regional, Matt Lent was right: "When you bet on Doug, you win."
Doug will absolutely hit his goal of 100 installs, but does have have what it takes to over perform this year and really hit what he's capable of.
Alex, now #2, is still one of the most competitive Pros we have and he has a strong track record of putting his head down and winning despite any adversity. It reminds me of when Tom Brady was being crush by the Falcons in 2017, he kept his head down and came back and won. The fight between Doug and Alex is far from over, only 2 installs separate these two (As we were writing this Alex got credit for another install). It'll be truly remarkable to see who comes out on top and if we'll see an install shoot out with these two battling it out to the very end.
Both Alex and Doug are in the Evolve Division led by Chris Melink and Kam Gray.
