Will Haddock is one of the first employees and founding team members of Freedom Solar Pros, and had been working with Josh Sluyter and Justin Gossling for over a year prior to the start of Freedom Solar Pros.

Will has a decorated tenure while at the Pros from helping create the Pros mission statement and focal tagline, Serve & Elevate, to Will's efforts in crafting the entire Freedom Solar Pros marketing platform. Everything from Brand, Recruiting, Training, Incentivizing, and Retaining Reps! Will has been responsible for all Pros competitions and incentives (how they're run and fulfilled), 4 major Banquets, 3 massive company inclusive trips with 300-500 attendees, and hundreds of leadership summits and events across the nation.
